What We Do

Evaluate the Medical Records

First, we will gather your medical records and evaluate them, to see if and how we can prove your case in court.

Establish Liability

Second, we file your case in court and prove that you have a recognized vaccine injury under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

  • Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration (SIRVA) happens when a vaccine is injected too high or too deep into the shoulder, damaging the tissues, tendons, or bursa around the joint. It is often diagnosed as a bursitis injury.

SIRVA is the most common type of vaccine injury. It is not caused by the vaccine itself, but by the needle going into the wrong place. The injury can make normal range of arm movement painful or difficult.

People with SIRVA usually feel sharp pain, weakness, or limited range of motion in the shoulder within 48 hours of the shot. The pain often keeps people up at night, and generally worsens during the winter months.

Treatment often includes anti-inflammatory medication, physical therapy, and sometimes steroid injections. Surgery may even be needed to repair tissue damage. Recovery can take weeks to years, and some people are left with long-lasting or even permanent pain or stiffness.

  • Guillain-Barré Syndrome is a rare condition where the body’s immune system attacks the nerves. It can sometimes happen after a vaccination. The attack damages the protective coating around nerves, causing them to misfire.

Symptoms often start with tingling or weakness in the legs and can spread upward to the arms and face. Muscles needed for breathing can even be affected, making hospitalization necessary.

Treatment usually includes IV immune globulin (IVIG) or plasma exchange to reduce the immune response. A full recovery is possible, though it can take months or years, and some victims are left with lingering weakness.

  • Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) is similar to GBS but lasts longer and can come on more slowly. It’s an autoimmune condition that attacks the body’s nerves, causing long-term damage. While GBS develops over days or weeks, CIDP may build gradually over months.

People with CIDP often have persistent weakness, numbness, and balance problems. Treatment focuses on controlling the immune system with IVIG, corticosteroids, or plasma exchange. Ongoing therapy helps maintain strength and mobility.

Some people improve completely, but others need long-term medical care to keep symptoms under control.

  • Transverse myelitis is inflammation of the spinal cord, which disrupts communication between the brain and body. This can sometimes happen after vaccinations, if the immune system reacts to the administration of the vaccine by attacking spinal cord tissue.

The condition often causes sudden weakness, numbness, or tingling in the legs and arms, and sometimes bladder or bowel problems. Treatment includes high-dose steroids to reduce inflammation and physical therapy to regain strength and movement.

Some people recover fully within weeks, while others may need long-term rehabilitation for partial improvement.

  • Vaccinations can be performed correctly and still result in injury. This may happen if the patient is allergic to some ingredient in the vaccine, such as egg ingredients. Injuries may vary, but the most common allergic reactions are covered below.

Anaphylaxis is a severe allergic reaction that can occur shortly after a vaccination. It happens when the body’s immune system overreacts to a component of the vaccine. The reaction can affect breathing, blood pressure, and heart function within minutes.

Symptoms include hives, swelling of the lips or throat, shortness of breath, dizziness, or fainting. It is a medical emergency treated with epinephrine (an EpiPen) and close monitoring in a hospital. Most people recover fully once treated, but follow-up care with an allergist helps identify the cause and prevent future reactions.

Encephalitis is inflammation of the brain tissue, usually caused by infection or a strong immune reaction, occasionally following vaccination. The swelling affects brain function and can cause serious neurological problems if not treated quickly.

Symptoms can include fever, confusion, headache, seizures, or behavior changes. Treatment depends on the cause and may include antiviral medication, corticosteroids, and supportive hospital care. Recovery can take weeks, and while many improve fully, some are left with memory or coordination problems.

Vasovagal Syncope is a brief loss of consciousness caused by a sudden drop in heart rate and blood pressure. It often occurs right after a shot because of fear, pain, or anxiety, not the vaccine itself.

The person may feel dizzy, light-headed, or nauseous before fainting. Recovery is usually quick — lying down or elevating the legs helps restore blood flow to the brain. Treatment isn’t usually needed, but medical staff observe the person to ensure it’s not something more serious.

Recover Damages

Lastly, we do everything we can to maximuze the compensation that you receive. We have recovered over $1 million, and recently recovered $225,000 for one client.

What Case Do I Have?

Connect to a Vaccine Injury Lawyer Near You

  • No appointments needed here!

Your email, call, or text will instantly come to our Attorney Network, and a verified, licensed attorney will respond right away.

  • We monitor our Hotline 24/7, so it rarely takes more than a few minutes for a vaccine injury lawyer to respond to your email, text, or call.

  • At our Hotline, we connect you with an attorney and let you two communicate freely. No one else will see your conversation.

  • Through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, Congress created a system that covers all attorney fees.

So, no matter what happens in your case, you will not owe us anything.

Also, the court will pay attorney fees apart from what it gives to you. So, if we recover $100,000 for you but our attorney fees add up to $20,000, that means you receive a $100,000 check and then we receive a $20,000 chec.

  • Our qualifications are strict. An attorney cannot work at our Hotline unless they:

    • Are licensed to practice law (obviously!)

    • Have no disciplinary or criminal history

    • Have been practicing law for 8+ years

    • Are recognized as an award-winning expert in their field

    • Are ready and willing to take time with your question and thoroughly research and answer it as soon as possible

  • There are over 1.3 million lawyers in the US, but only a handful of them are licensed to handle vaccine injury claims.

Even in big states like Texas, only about eight law firms can handle vaccine injury claims.

What sets us apart from even that small handful of law firms is that we have enough expertise to not only take on vaccine cases, but also teach other lawyers how to take on these cases.

For example, the Denver Bar Association’s journal for lawyers published an article from our attorney here: Link

Sample Cases

Here, you can find some of our most recent cases.

Previous results offer no guarantees, but you may find it helpful to see how we have helped people like you in the past.

  • This case involved a healthy, active 70-year-old woman who developed symptoms of numbness and weakness in the limbs shortly after receiving a seasonal flu vaccine.

Within weeks, she was hospitalized with rapidly progressing paralysis that required a ventilator and feeding tube for four months. Her recovery was long and difficult. She developed lasting neurological damage that left her unable to live independently.

We filed a claim on her behalf through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). We documented the timeline between her vaccination and diagnosis, her extensive medical treatment and rehabilitation, and the profound impact on her life and family.

We successfully secured a $225,000 settlement for her injuries and suffering. While no amount could restore her health or undo the loss, the compensation helped provide long-term care and financial stability for her.

  • This case involved an Air Force veteran who seriously injured after a seasonal flu vaccination.

Before the illness, he was healthy, active, and working as a park ranger. Within weeks of vaccination, he began experiencing weakness and numbness in his legs that rapidly progressed to near-total paralysis.

Misdiagnosed at first, he eventually was hospitalized and confirmed to have a vaccine injury, along with pneumonia and kidney failure requiring dialysis. His condition deteriorated to the point that he required multiple ICU admissions, feeding tubes, and extensive rehabilitation.

We built a comprehensive damages claim including lost wages, out-of-pocket medical expenses, emotional distress, and long-term disability. We documented his ongoing limitations, PTSD, and the medical evidence linking his injury to the flu vaccine.

By compiling hospital records, expert analyses, and proof of his economic and personal losses, we helped secure a $150,000 award to acknowledge his suffering, support his ongoing care, and replace lost income from his federal employment.

  • This case involved a 13-month-old girl, who developed neurological weakness three weeks after receiving her routine childhood vaccinations. Soon after the vaccinations, the previously healthy baby girl became weak and unresponsive.

Her parents took her to several emergency rooms, where doctors dismissed their concerns as overreaction from “first-time parents.” Our client endured multiple sedations, misdiagnoses, and weeks of hospitalization before doctors realized that she had a vaccine-induced injury. She slowly regained function but was left with severe anxiety, especially around medical procedures.

Our firm represented her through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). We gathered her medical records, hospital reports, and expert opinions proving that her injuries were vaccine-related. We also documented the emotional and financial impact — including her ongoing medical PTSD, her mother’s lost income from leaving work to care for her, and the family’s future costs for therapy and school accommodations.

Through our advocacy, the family recovered $155,000 in compensation, helping to cover her long-term care, emotional recovery, and the family’s financial losses.
